1. Agreement Scope & Acceptance

By participating in the Purple Mango Beauty Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is confirmed by checking the agreement box during application. Purple Mango Beauty may update these terms at any time.

2. No Guarantee of Earnings

Purple Mango Beauty makes no guarantees regarding income, commissions, or performance. Earnings depend on individual effort, traffic quality, and market conditions.

3. Commission Structure & Reversals

Purple Mango Beauty reserves the right to reverse commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate orders, or policy violations.

4. Fraud & Abuse

Prohibited activities include self-referrals, fake leads, bot traffic, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, coupon abuse, misleading claims, spam, and domain squatting.

5. FTC Compliance

Affiliates must disclose their relationship per FTC guidelines. Non-compliance may result in forfeited commissions and termination.

6. IP & Brand Usage

Affiliates may only use approved Purple Mango Beauty brand assets. Alteration or impersonation is prohibited.

7. Content Usage Rights

Purple Mango Beauty may repost affiliate content organically. Paid ad usage requires separate written consent.

8. Termination

Purple Mango Beauty may terminate participation at any time. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

9. Tax Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes. 1099 forms may be issued as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Purple Mango Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Mango Beauty from claims arising from their participation.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Platform Downtime

Purple Mango Beauty is not responsible for tracking errors or platform outages.
