Shipping Policy

At Purple Mango Beauty, we’re committed to getting your products to you quickly, safely, and with care — from our hands to your curls.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If we’re experiencing a high order volume (such as during launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

We’ll always communicate if there’s a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
  • Flat Shipping Fee: $8.99 per order (non-refundable)

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.

(Coming soon — we’re working on expanding our mango magic worldwide!)

3. P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to orders shipped to a P.O. Box.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If you haven’t received your tracking info after 5 business days, please contact support@purplemangobeauty.com.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship primarily through USPSUPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Carriers are selected automatically for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact support@purplemangobeauty.com immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Purple Mango Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Verify the address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with your local postal carrier or neighbor.
  3. If still missing, contact support@purplemangobeauty.com — we’ll help file a claim and do our best to assist.

8. Delivery Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays or natural eventsWe’ll always communicate if widespread delays occur.

9. Return Shipping

Return shipping for refunds is subject to a $4.99 flat fee, deducted from the refunded amount.
