Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Purple Mango Beauty™ Partner Program (“Program”), including both Brand Ambassadors and Affiliate Partners (“Partner,” “you”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The Purple Mango Beauty Partner Program is designed to collaborate with creators, affiliates, and partners who promote Purple Mango Beauty™ products, including but not limited to The Curl Trainer™ Pro.

Partners may participate as:

• Brand Ambassadors (content-driven partnerships)
• Affiliate Partners (performance-based partnerships)

The Company reserves the right to assign or modify Partner roles at its discretion.

Participation in the Program does not constitute employment, partnership, or joint venture.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

• All applications are subject to review and approval
• Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of the Company
• The Company may approve, deny, or remove any Partner at any time

3. Partner Responsibilities

All Partners agree to:

• Represent the brand in a professional and respectful manner
• Provide accurate information and maintain updated account details
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies

4. Brand Ambassador Requirements

Partners designated as Brand Ambassadors agree to:

• Follow the official Purple Mango Beauty Instagram account: @purplemango.beauty
• Create and publish a minimum of three (3) pieces of content per month featuring Company products
• Submit a product review on the Company’s website after receiving the product

Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the Brand Ambassador tier or reassignment within the Program.

5. Affiliate Partner Participation

Affiliate Partners are not required to meet minimum content obligations but are expected to promote the Company through approved channels using their referral link and/or Partner Code.

6. Compensation & Commission

• Partners will begin at Tier 1, earning 5% commission on qualifying sales
• Commission is earned on purchases made using the Partner’s unique referral link and/or Partner Code
• The Company operates on a tiered commission structure, and reserves the right to modify commission rates, tiers, and eligibility at any time
• Commissions are calculated based on completed, non-refunded transactions only
• A 30-day holding period is applied to all commissions to account for returns, cancellations, and order adjustments
• Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the associated order is fulfilled, provided the order has not been refunded or canceled
• Approved commissions are paid out on a monthly basis on or around the 15th of each month
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of Partner Codes, or violation of Program terms

7. Partner Code & Referral Link

• Each Partner will receive a unique referral link and Partner Code (15% discount for customers)
• Partner Codes are intended for promotional use only
• Self-referrals, code misuse, or fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of commissions or removal from the Program

8. Product Gifting (Brand Ambassadors)

• Brand Ambassadors may receive product at the Company’s discretion
• Product gifting is not guaranteed and may vary based on performance or availability.
• Products are provided for promotional use and may not be resold
  

9. Content & Usage Rights

By participating in the Program, you grant Purple Mango Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use, reproduce, repost, and distribute your content featuring Company products
• Use such content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes

The Company may, but is not obligated to, provide attribution.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Partners agree not to:

• Misrepresent the Company or its products
• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims
• Engage in spam, bots, or deceptive marketing practices
• Use their Partner Code or referral link for unauthorized purposes
• Promote competing products in a manner that conflicts with the Company’s interests

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal.

11. FTC Compliance & Disclosure

Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Partners must clearly disclose their relationship with Purple Mango Beauty™ in all promotional content (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice
• Revoke access to referral links, Partner Codes, or commissions
• Withhold or cancel commissions related to fraudulent or suspicious activity

13. Limitation of Liability

Purple Mango Beauty™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

14. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
