Return Policy

At Purple Mango Beauty, we want you to absolutely love your purchase.

If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll make it right, because your confidence and curls deserve nothing less.

1. Our Promise


We offer refunds on eligible returns within our return window.

A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.

For used personal care tools, an additional 20% restocking and hygiene fee will be deducted to account for product handling and non-resalable inventory.


2. Eligibility Window


You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns must include the original order number or proof of purchase.

Used items are eligible for return; however, because personal care tools cannot be resold once used, all used-item returns are subject to a 20% restocking and hygiene fee in addition to the $4.99 return shipping fee.

Items that are damaged beyond normal use may not qualify for a refund.


3. How to Start a Return


Email support@purplemangobeauty.com with the subject line

“Return Request – [Your Order Number]”

Include:

Your full name and order number


The product(s) you wish to return


The reason for return (so we can keep improving!)


Our support team will reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

💡 Note: The $4.99 return shipping fee and any applicable restocking and hygiene fee are automatically deducted from your refund once the return is processed.



4. Refund Process


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.


Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping fees and any expedited delivery costs are non-refundable.


If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your payment provider. Processing times can vary.


5. Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@purplemangobeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll replace or refund the product at no additional cost to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items


For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened hair care products, oils, or consumable styling products

Promotional or final-sale items

Personal care tools may be returned within the return window, subject to inspection and applicable restocking and hygiene fees.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve checked with your bank and payment provider and still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email support@purplemangobeauty.com and we’ll help investigate.
