Affiliate Program

1. Program Overview

The Purple Mango Beauty Affiliate Program is designed to reward creators, influencers, and partners who drive sales of Purple Mango Beauty products. Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links or discount codes.

Our goal is to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with creators who align with our values, aesthetic, and brand vision.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have an active social media presence, blog, or platform aligned with beauty, lifestyle, or related content.
  • Must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful practices.
  • Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of Purple Mango Beauty.

3. Commission Structure

  • Base Commission: 5% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns).
  • Exclusive/VIP Partners: May qualify for higher commission rates (up to 25%) based on performance, audience alignment, or special agreements.

4. Tracking & Payment

  • Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links and/or discount codes provided.
  • Commissions are calculated on completed transactions (after returns and refunds are processed).
  • Payment Schedule: Monthly, within 30 business days after the close of the month in which the applicable return period has elapsed for qualifying transactions
  • Payments are made via PayPal.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must represent Purple Mango Beauty products in a truthful, professional, and brand-aligned manner.

The following guidelines are required:

  • Disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, #affiliate).
  • Use only approved brand assets, product images, and messaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Do not engage in paid search bidding on “Purple Mango", “Purple Mango Beauty,” “The Curl Trainer,” or related trademarks.
  • No spamming, coupon-site listing, or misleading promotions.

6. Termination of Agreement

Purple Mango Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for:

  • Violation of this policy.
  • Misrepresentation of products or brand.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Extended inactivity (no sales generated over 6 months).

7. Modifications

Purple Mango Beauty may update this policy, commission rates, or program terms with 30 days’ notice. Affiliates will be notified via email or the affiliate portal.
